Endoscopy of ureteral stricture

目的 :探讨腔内治疗输尿管狭窄的疗效。方法 :2 6例输尿管狭窄患者应用内窥镜进行腔内硬性扩张和气囊扩张治疗。结果 :平均随访 2 0个月 ,2 2例成功 ,治愈率 84.6%,4例无效。结论

Objective To assess the effect of endoscopy in the treatment of ureteral stricture.Methods Twenty six patients suffering from ureteral stricture were treated with rigid ureterosopy dilatation and ballon catheter dilatation.Results All patients were followed up for 20 months.Twenty two patients were successfully performed endoscopy with cure rate of 84.6%.Conclusion Endoscopy is effective for ureteral stricture.
