摘要
目的了解现行教育模式下护生语言沟通中的倾听与沟通能力。方法对 2 71名护生采用问卷调查并进行分析。结果护生倾听能力很好者占 6 .2 7% ,优秀者占 0 .37% ;其沟通能力优于常模 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ;三年级护生倾听与沟通能力显著优于一、二年级 (均P <0 .0 5 ) ;护生倾听与沟通能力之间呈显著正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论护生倾听与沟通能力之间关系密切 ,多渠道培养护生良好的倾听习惯 ,提高其沟通能力 ,是其语言沟通能否成功的关键。
Objective To know the ear and communication ability in language communication of practicing nurses in active educational mode. Methods A questionnaire was performed to investigate 271 nursing students. Results 6.27 % and merely 0.37 % nursing students had fine and excellent ear ability, respectively. Communication ability of nursing students was better than normanl (P<0.05); The abilities of ear and communication of the nursing students at Grade 3 were significantly better than at Grade 2 or 1 (P<0.05). There was a close positive correlation between ear ability and communication ability (P<0.001). Conclusion There was a close relation between ear ability and communication ability in nursing students. In order to boost it, we must train their fine ear habits by various methods.
