摘要
对环保节能制冷剂——二元近共沸混合工质 HFC1 5 2 a/HFC1 2 5在电冰箱上应用的制冷循环性能进行了详细的理论计算和分析 ,并且对该工质灌注式替代 CFC1 2和 HFC1 5 2 a/HCFC2 2在不同配比和充灌量下的电冰箱主要制冷性能进行了实验研究。实验结果表明 :在合适的配比和充灌量下电冰箱制冷性能指标满足国家标准要求。混合制冷剂 HFC1 5 2 a/HFC1 2 5优良的环保性能和冰箱制冷性能使它完全适合做新一代的冰箱制冷剂。
The performances of refrigerator refrigeration cycle with the blend refrigerant HFC152a/HFC125 were theoretically calculated and analyzed in this paper. Experimental study on the main performances of refrigerator refrigeration cycle was conducted using HFC152a/HFC125 substituting for CFC12 and HFC152a/HCFC22 under the condition of different proportion and different charge amount of HFC152a/HFC125. The experimental results indicate that the refrigeration performance of refrigerator can meet the national standard with appropriate proportion of HFC152a/ HFC125 and optimal charge amount. For the environmentally friendly nature and excellent refrigeration performance for refrigerator system, HFC152a/HFC125 can be an appropriate refrigerant for the new generation refrigerator.
