睡眠障碍婴儿护理干预效果观察

Effectiveness of Nursing Care Intervention in the Infants with Sleep Disorder

目的探讨婴儿睡眠障碍的有效护理措施 ,为针对性的护理干预提供依据。方法将 6 0例睡眠障碍患儿随机分为对照组与观察组各 30例。两组同时予苯巴比妥 5mg/ (kg·d) ,连服 7～ 10d ;观察组在此基础上进行护理干预 ,于患儿就诊时和 3个月末随访时测评睡眠障碍情况及睡眠质量。结果干预后两组睡眠时间、夜间觉醒次数、每次睡眠维持时间及睡眠质量比较 ,差异有显著性意义 (均P <0 .0 5 )。结论护理干预是改善婴儿睡眠障碍的重要措施 ,通过睡眠卫生指导 ,创造良好的睡眠环境和条件 ,促进婴儿养成良好的睡眠习惯 ,可提高婴儿睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the effective nursing care measures in the infants with sleep disorder. Methods Sixty infants with sleep disorder were randomly divided into two groups. The recommended dose of agrypnal for the treatment was 5 mg/(kg·d) though the oral route for 7-10 days in the two groups, but the nursing care intervention was given to the observation group. The sleep disorder improvement and quality of sleep were checked at the moment of diagnosis and at the end of 3 months after treatment.Results The bedtime, the times of arousal at night, the maintenance time of every sleep and the quality of sleep showed significant difference between the two groups (all P< 0.05). Conclusion The nursing care intervention is an important measure to improve the sleep quality of the infants with sleep disorder though the instruction of sleep sanitation, providing good sleep environment and conditions, and training the infants to become good sleep habits.
