针对目前政府投资工程管理方式的弊端 ,介绍了建筑工务局对政府投资工程实行相对集中的专业化管理 ,建立健全制约监督机制的协调措施 。

According to the disadvantages existed in government project management at present some coordination measures are proposed to perfect management system and operation mechanism for government project,which contain establishing public service bureau,carrying out professional management,perfecting supervision system and so on.
