摘要
以纳米γ -Al2 O3 为原料 ,采用浸渍法制备纳米KF/Al2 O3 催化剂 ,利用XRD、TEM、激光粒度仪等分析手段对所得粉体的晶相组成 ,粒径分布等性质进行研究。讨论了晶粒大小形状与表面活性剂、溶剂、浸渍温度。
The nanometer alumina-supported KF catalysis are prepared by taking nanometer γ-Al 2O 3 as raw material and adopting impregnation method. Crystal phase composition, grain size distribution and other properties of powder are analyzed and tested by such means as XRD,TEM,laser particle size distribution,etc.A discussion is made on the relation between crystallite dimension and shape and such factors as raw material,surface-active agent,solvent,and calcinations temperature.
