补阳还伍汤合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with methylcobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的 观察补阳还伍汤合弥可保治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 1 92例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 1 0 0例 ,采用补阳还伍汤合西药弥可保治疗 ;对照组 92例单纯应用弥可保治疗。2组均治疗 8周后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率 86%,对照组 5 0 %,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;治疗组在治疗后血液流变学及神经传导速度较治疗前有明显改善 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ,其中神经传导速度治疗后较对照组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with methylcobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 192 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. 100 patients in treatment group were treated by Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with methylcobalamin;92 patients in control group were treated by only methylcobalamin, with a treatment course of 8 weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one treatment course. Results The total effective rate (86.00%) in treatment group was significantly higher than that (50.00%) in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01);after treatment the hemorheology and nerve conductive velocity in treatment group were significantly improved,as compared with those before treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05);there was a significant dlifference in nerve conductive velocity after treatment between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Traditional Chinese and western medicine has a definite therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
