加替沙星片随机双盲对照治疗细菌性感染临床研究

A Randomized Double-blind Controlled Clinical Trial of Gatifloxacin vs Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Bacterial Infections

目的 :评价加替沙星片治疗细菌性感染的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :39例病人 ,随机分为治疗组 2 0例和对照组 19例 ,分别应用加替沙星片和左氧氟沙星片 ,剂量均为 0 .2g ,bid ,饭前口服给药 ,疗程 7～ 14d。结果 :加替沙星片和左氧氟沙星片的临床有效率分别为 90 .0 %和 84 .2 % ,细菌清除率分别为 88.2 %和 87.5 % ,两组不良反应发生率分别为 10 %和 15 % ,试验中未见光敏反应及其他严重不良反应。结论 :加替沙星片可作为治疗细菌性感染有效、安全的抗菌药。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infections.Method: A clinical randomized double blind controlled trial was conducted, levofloxacin was used as the controlled drug. Dosage:gatifloxacin, 0.2 g,orally,q 12 h;levofloxacin,0.2g, orally,q 12 h.The duration of treatment was 7 14 days.Result: The overall efficacy rate of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin was 90.0% and 84.2% , respectively. The bacterical clearance rate was 88.2% in the gatifloxacin group and 87.5% in the levofloxacin group. There was no statistical significant difference between the two groups in the above results. The adverse drug reaction rate of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin was 10% and 15%, respectively.Conclusion: Gatifloxacin is a highly effective, safe, and broad spectrum antibacterial agent in the treatment of bacterial infections.
