Clinical Effect of Shengmai Injection on Antagonizing Dopamine Dependence

目的 :观察生脉注射液拮抗多巴胺药物依赖作用的临床效果。方法 :33例多巴胺依赖患者 ,在常规治疗基础上 ,治疗组 18例静滴生脉注射液协助多巴胺减量停药 ,对照组 15例静滴低分子右旋糖酐注射液协助多巴胺减量停药 ,观察两组多巴胺停药时间长短。结果 :治疗组平均停药时间为 4 1.5 5h ,对照组平均停药时间为 117.16h ,两组比较有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shengmai Injection for antagonizing dopamine dependence during treatment for heart disease.Method: The treatment group(18 cases) was treated with Shengmai Injection to assisting dopamine discontinuance; the control group (15 cases) was treated with dextran 40, then to be compared the duration of dopamine discontinuance.Result: The mean time of drug discontinuance were 41.55 hours and 117.16 hours in treated group and controlled group respectively, there was a obvious difference between two groups( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion: Shengmai Injection is more effective on antagonize effect of dopamine dependence.
