摘要
目的 :建立紫外分光光度法测定碘化钾溶液中碘化钾含量。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法在波长 ( 2 2 6± 1)nm处直接测定碘化钾含量。结果 :碘化钾在 4~ 12 μg·ml-1浓度范围内与吸收度的线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999) ,平均回收率为10 0 .5 % ,RSD为 0 .7% (n =6 )。结论 :本法简便、快速、准确 ,适用于碘化钾溶液的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the content determination potassium iodide solution.Method: Ultravoilet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of potassium iodide at wavelength (226±1)nm.Result: Potassium iodide presented a good linear relation within a range of 4 12 μg·ml -1 ( r = 0.9999 ).The average recovery was 100.5% with RSD 0.7% ( n =6).Conclusion: This method is rapid,simple, and accurate.
