细胞移植——一种治疗缺血性心脏病的新方法

摘要目前临床对缺血性心脏病的治疗主要包括药物治疗,介入治疗和手术治疗.这些方法虽能改善心肌缺血和心衰的症状,却不能阻止严重心肌缺血所致的心肌细胞死亡.近年来,随着细胞体外培养,扩增技术日益成熟.通过细胞的体外培养、扩增,然后将这些细胞植入到损伤的心肌组织中,替代坏死心肌细胞,增加有收缩功能的肌细胞的数量,阻止心室扩大,提高心功能,从而为缺血性心脏病治疗提供一种新方法.
