清开灵滴丸对小鼠抗电惊厥和耐缺氧能力影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :观察清开灵滴丸对小鼠抗电惊厥和耐缺氧能力的影响。方法 :①取昆明种小白鼠 14 0只 ,随机分组 ,用清开灵滴丸水溶液分别以低、中、高剂量灌喂小白鼠 ,连续 3d ,以给药前同样的电惊厥阈值分别刺激小鼠 ,观察记录各组小鼠惊厥发生数 ,再计算药物的抗惊厥百分率。②取昆明种小白鼠 14 0只 ,随机分组 ,按每次 0 2ml/ 10 g灌喂清开灵滴丸水溶液 ,每日 1次 ,7d后断氧 ,观察小鼠从断氧至死亡的时间。结果 :中、高剂量给药组抗电惊厥率分别为 4 5 %、70 % ;中、高剂量给药组缺氧后存活时间分别为 31 83± 3 82min、35 89± 4 16min。各自与其对照组比较差异均有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。结论 Objective: To evaluate the effect of qinkailing quttate pill on anti-electrofit and hypoxia tolerance in rat.Method:①140 kunming rats were randomly divided into groups,with small,moderate and massive dose of qingkailing guttate pill solution for 3 days.The frenquence of convulsion in groups with the same intensive electrofit premedicine was recorded,the rate of medicinal anti-electrofit was counted.②140 kunming rats were randomly divided into groups,which fed qingkailing quttate pill solution (0.2ml/10g/time,one time daily) for 7 days,then the oxygen inhalation was suspended.The time from anoxygen to death was observed.Result:The rate of anti-electrofit in groups with moderate and massive dosage was 45% and 70% respectively,showing significant difference with controls (P<0.01).The survive time post anoxygen in groups with moderate and massive dosage was 31.83±3.82min and 35.89±4.16min,respectively.There were significant differences between them and controls (P<0.01).Conclusion:The qingkailing quttate pill can obviously improve anti-electrofit and prolong survive time of hypoxia.
