摘要
本文对电信OSS的评估方法进行了研究,提出了评估电信OSS成熟度的一种方法。作者从流程、系统、数据、基础设施四个方面对OSS进行评估,并将OSS发展分为四个阶段初始、发展、先进和优化,并详细地描述了不同阶段的OSS所具有的特征。
The paper focuses on how to measure the maturity of telecom OSS. Authors point out in the paper, there are four point views including process, system, data and infrastructure, from which telecom OSS maturity can be measured, meanwhile the whole evolution of telecom OSS can be described by four phases, such as initial, developing, advanced and optimized. From that four point views, telecom OSS in each different evolutional phase will be illustrated in details.
