摘要
目前运营支撑系统已经成为各大运营商争相发展的重点,新一代的运营支撑系统日益成为电信企业整体信息战略的重要组成部分,本文着重分析NGOSS各组成部分在整体框架结构中的作用,以及它们之间的逻辑关系,在此基础上分析eTOM模型的最新发展动向;同时结合当前软件技术的发展现状,介绍NGOSS中各项关键技术的发展趋势。
BSS and OSS will be critical points for telecommunication carrier development in the near future. NGOSS also has been integrated into IT infrastructure of typical telecom enterprises and played a key role that enables organizations of service and administration process automation. Here we summarize NGOSS components and their logical relationship in between them, then emphasize the key technology involved in.
