传统武术在人类健身中占有极其重要的作用。从民族传统武术的优势及作用进行了分析,探讨了武术对人类健身的价值。
The Chinese traditional martial arts are of great importance for body buiding. This article analyzes the advantages and effects of Chinese traditional martial arts and discusses its value to the body buiding.
