药物性肝损害的临床分析

Clinical analysis of drug-induced liver injury

目的 :指导临床医生合理用药和及时、正确诊治药物性肝损害。方法 :对 2 0 0 2年我院住院病人住院期间肝功能指标发生异常的 2 0 5例病例进行回顾性调查分析。结果 :2 0 5例中药物性肝损害 48例 ,涉及药物 10类、2 8种 ,依次为抗肿瘤药、抗生素、降血脂药、降糖药及激素类药 ,肝损害类型呈多样性。结论 :药物性肝损害是临床上较常见和易被忽视的疾病 ,应引起临床医务工作者的重视。

Aim:To help clinicians diagnose and treat drug-induced liver injury in time and correctly and promote rational drug use in clinical practice.Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 205 inpatients with abnormal liver function in our hospital in 2002.Results:Among the 205 patients, drug-induced liver injury was found in 48 cases. It was related with 28 kinds of drugs that belonged to 10 categories including anti-tumor agents, antibiotics, lipid lowering drugs, anti-diabetic drugs, and hormones, etc. Drug-induced liver injury showed diversified characteristics.Conclusion:Drug-induced liver injury is a common disease which is often be neglected.Doctors should pay more attention to it.
