摘要
将汽轮机及其包括凝汽器在内的回热系统视为一闭口热力系,利用在线监测获得的参数,用Flügel及其改进型公式准确求出汽轮机主蒸汽、再热蒸汽和排汽流量后,根据闭口系的能量平衡计算出汽轮机的排汽焓。热力系统的回热抽汽和门杆、轴封漏汽所携带能量为该闭口热力系统内部能量循环,故不必对汽轮机的回热系统进行计算,而且也不会因忽略门杆及轴封漏汽带来计算误差。该方法所需测点少,测点积累误差小,计算方法简单,计算量小,对某N200-12.7/535/535型汽轮机不同工况的计算结果表明:该方法具有较高的精度。
A method of online calculation steam turbine exhaust enthalpy is presented in this paper. The turbine and its extraction feedwater heating system and the condenser are regarded as a closed thermodynamic system, using the steam parameters measured online and improved Flügel formula, the exhaust enthalpy is gained based on the energy equation of the closed thermodynamic system after the main steam flow and reheated steam flow and exhaust steam flow are obtained. The energy existing in the extraction steam and leakage steam of shaft sealing and gate is circulated in the closed thermodynamic system, therefore the calculation for the extraction feedwater heating system is not needed, and the error of results should not be increased without calculating the leakage steam of shaft sealing and gate. The method is simple, a few parameters are needed, and the accumulated error due to measurement is small. The result of calculation for a N200-12.7/535/535 steam turbine proved the correction and effectivity of this method. Fig 1, tables 3 and refs 9.
