摘要
本文以四个位点编码的三种酶(EST、MDH和GOT)系统,分析了我国东北林区红松林四个群体同工酶的遗传变异和分化。群体内的同工酶变异,四个位点所有样品杂合性的平均值是0.37,并发现每个位点的等位基因平均值是2.25。群体间的同工酶分化,对四个位点的基因多样性测量表明,群体间分化的明显效果是2%。总基因多样性的98%产生在群体内。所有配对组合,群体间的平均遗传距离是0.025±0.008。
Genetic variation within and among four populations of Korean pine forest in Northeastern China were analyzed at four loci coding for three enzyme systems.
Isoenzyme variation within population. The mean value for all samples of the average expected heterozygosity over four loci was 0.37. The average number of alleles detected per locus was 2.25.
Isoenzyme differentiation among populations. Our mesurement of gene diversity for the four loci showed a 2% significant effect of interpopulation differentiation. Ninety-eight percent of the total gene diversity resided within populations.
The mean genetic distance over all pairwise combination of population was 0.025±0.008.
