快速B型钠尿肽测定及在心衰诊断中的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨全自动免疫分析系统 (Triage )快速定量检测B型钠尿肽 (BNP)在心衰诊断中的应用价值。方法 使用Triage BNP测定法检测 4 6例心力衰竭 (CHF)患者和 4 6名对照者全血BNP。结果 CHF患者BNP含量为 (5 86 .7± 980 .8)ng/L ,对照组BNP含量为 (36 .6± 37.7)ng/L ,两者差异有显著性 (Z =8.11,P <0 .0 0 1)。BNP水平随心功能NYHA分类级别增高而升高 ,各级间差异有显著性 (χ2 =2 9.75 ,P <0 .0 0 1)。BNP对CHF的诊断效率较高 ,ROC曲线下面积为 0 .94 8。结论 Triage 快速BNP检测可作为常规生化项目 ,为临床诊断CHF提供依据。 Objective To evaluate the significance of the determination of B type natriuretic peptide (BNP) in the diagnosis of congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Whole blood BNP was measured in CHF group ( n =46) and control group ( n =46) with Triage  rapid assay. Results The levels of BNP were (586.7±980.8) ng/L and ( 36.6 ±37.7) ng/L in the CHF group and the control group respectively, there was significant defference between the two groups (Z=8.11, P <0.001). Blood BNP concentrations of CHF group increased with the severity of CHF. The area under the receive operating characteristic (ROC) curve of BNP for evaluation to CHF was 0.948. Conclusions Triage BNP can be used as a blood marker to diagnose CHF.
