膝关节镜下经皮改良张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折20例报道 被引量:7

摘要 目的 评价膝关节镜下经皮穿刺张力带钢丝固定术治疗髌骨骨折的方法和疗效。方法  2 0 0 2年 2月~ 2 0 0 3年 1 0月间我科收治的 2 0例髌骨骨折患者 ,采用膝关节镜和C臂辅助下闭合复位 ,经皮穿刺张力带钢丝固定术治疗。对该 2 0例病例资料进行分析和总结。结果 所有病例术后膝关节功能良好 ,根据胥少汀[1 ] 评分法 ,优 1 6例 (80 % ) ,良 4例 (2 0 % )。结论 膝关节镜下经皮穿刺张力带钢丝固定术治疗髌骨骨折具备以下优点 :固定牢固 ,创伤小 ,恢复快 ,复位确切 ,能同时探查和处理膝关节其他损伤。 Objectives To report the method and clinical effect of surgical treatment of fractures of patella by percutaneous modi fied tension band under arthroscopy.Methods Under arthroscopy,close reduction and internal fixation by percutaneous modified tenxion were successfully performed in twenty patients who had fractures of patella from February 2002 to October 2003.The clinical materials of these cases were reviewed.Results Satisfactory function were obtained in all knees that accept the operation,excellent effect were obtained in 16 patient and good effect in 4 patient according to the Xu shaoting′s standard.Conclusion Treatment of fracture of patella by percutaneous modified tension band under arthroscopy gives rigid fixation,less invasion,accurate reduction and chance to detect and treatment for other injure of knee joint.
