护生对护士职业自我认识的发展过程 被引量:2

摘要 目的 了解护生怎样在临床实践中发展对护士职业的自我认识。方法 分析本校 2 5名护理大专一年级实习护生的采访录音和实习日记。结果 从她们实习经历的描述中发现护生对护士职业的自我认识要经历三个阶段 :幻想阶段、困惑阶段和面对挑战阶段。结论 护生只有通过自我认识的发展 ,才能适应护士角色[1 ] 。 Objective To understand how the student nurses developed their self identity in clinical practice.Methods Analysis on recorded interviews and clinical diaries by 25 first year diploma nursing students in their clinical learning.Results Three themes were identified that described the meaning of participants′ clinical learning experiences. They were: a period of illusion, a period of confusion,and a period of challenge.Conclusions Only through developing a self identity, a nursing student can be socialized into the role of professional nurse [1] .
