异常血常规标本存放时间对检测结果的影响

Effect of prolonged storage time on the testing results of blood samples

目的 探讨异常血液常规标本存放时间对检测结果的影响。方法 用BayerADVIA 12 0型白细胞分析仪对异常值血液标本分 6个时段 (0h ,2h ,4h ,8h ,12h ,2 4h)连续检测 ,观察标本结果的变化。结果 在异常高值标本中白细胞参数嗜碱细胞 (BASO) 12h有显著变化 ,血小板参数MPV 2h后显著增加 ;异常低值标本中白细胞参数LUC在 2 4h有显著增加 ,血小板参数MPV 8h后显著增加。红细胞参数 2 4h内观察无显著性差异。结论 高值异常标本存放时间较低值标本存放时间对检验结果影响较大 ,但在 4h内完成对异常值血标本的检测 ,结果能满足临床常规需要 ,能较好反映结果的真值。

Objective To investigate the effect of prolonged storage time on the results of abnormal routine blood samplesMethods The abnormal routine blood samples Were detected at six time points (0h,2h,4h,8h,12h,24h)by ADVIA-120 cytometer and the results were analysedResults In the abnormal high value samples,BASO significantly changed at 12 hours,MPV significantly increased after 2h;in the abnormal low value samples,LUC significantly increased at 24h,while MPV significantly in creased after 8hRBC parameters had no significant difference at 24hConclusion Prolonged storage time has greater effect on abnormal blood samples with high value than on samples with low value,but the results can meet the clinical routines needs if all the processes are completed within 4 hours
