摘要  介绍利用激光光栅干涉技术进行冲击加速度动态特性校准的一种方法.将冲击加速度直接绝对溯源于基本量和单位(时间和长度);说明差动式光栅激光干涉冲击校准装置的原理,介绍了使用调频信号的数字化解调方法和模式识别方法实现数据处理的基本过程;最终给出了被校准的加速度计的频率特性曲线和传递函数实验结果;使用本文方法可以进行加速度计动态特性的校准测试. An accelerometer shock dynamic calibration method by using grating laser interference technique is described in this paper. The shock acceleration value is directly and absolutely acquired from the base quantity and unit (time and length). The principle of the differential gating laser interferometer shock calibration device is introduced, and a dynamic calibration courses by using both frequency demodulation and model identification is introduced in detail. It can be applied to data treating of accelerometer calibration. Finally, the experimental results of the frequency response curve and the transfer function of accelerometer are given. The method in this paper can be used to the dynamic calibration of accelerometer.
