摘要
目的 探讨在校大学生人格特征的动态变化。方法 用卡特尔 1 6种人格因素测试量表 (1 6PF)、艾森克成人个性问卷 (EPQ)对一个年级的学生 1 1 4名每年进行一次测评 ,从大一到大四连续 4年。结果 发现 1 6PF量表中B、E、F、H、L、O、Q1、Q2、Q3因子分 ,EPQ量表中N、E和L量表在 4年中存在显著性差异。经SNK两两比较 ,在第 4年观察时 ,聪慧性、恃强性、兴奋性、敢为性、实验性、自律性等人格特征进一步完善 ,但专业成就因素及新环境中成长因素有所下降。结论 大学教育必须重视人格及人际沟通能力的培养 。
Objective To explore the movements change of personality of college students.Method One hundred fourteen college students were assessed at every year with 16PF and EPQ for 4 years.Results 16PF B,E,F,H,L,O,Q1,Q2,Q3,EPQ N,E,L had a significant differences during 4 years.For SNK analysis,there are more influence with personality traits in 16PF B,E,F,H,Q1,Q3,but decline in the factor of speciality achievement and new environment grow up capability in 4th year.Conclusion For promoting the college students growing up with body and psychology healthy,university pedagogues and governors must pay great attention to train college students in personality and capability of one another communicating.
