A型肉毒毒素辅助治疗小儿脑瘫

Bolulimum toxin A in adjunctive treatment of children cerebral palsy

目的 探讨A型肉毒毒素 (botulinumtoxinA ,BTX A)在脑瘫治疗中的应用价值。方法 将 6 2例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分成治疗组 (34例 )和对照组 (2 8例 ) ,两组均接受HPO ,药物及正规功能康复训练等综合治疗 ,治疗组在上述基础上辅以痉挛肌注射BTX A ,观察两组患儿的内收肌角与日常生活活动能力 (activitiesofdailyliving ,ADL)。 结果 治疗 3个月和 6个月后 ,治疗组患儿内收肌角ADL改善情况明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 脑瘫综合治疗仍是治疗脑瘫的有效手段 ,BTX A局部痉挛肌注射作为一种重要的辅助方法 ,可为年长儿由于长期肌肉痉挛造成的继发性畸形 ,缓解肌肉痉挛 ,矫治畸形提供良好时机 ,提高疗效 。

Objective To explore the value of BTX A in the treatment of cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty two children with cerebral palsy were divided into the treatment group (34 cases) and the control group (28 cases).Both groups were given HPO,drug and functional exercise.In addition,the treatment group were given BTX A injection.Observing their adductorius angle and activities of daily living (ADL).Results After 3 months and 6 months treatment,the amelioration of adductorius angle and ADL of the treatment group were better than the control group obviously ( P <0.01).Conclusion Combined treatment is still an effective way in the treatment of cerebral palsy.As an important auxiliary therapy,BTX A injection could provide a good time and improve the effect in the treatment of secondary deformity caused by long term muscle spasm.It has clinical value in the combined treatment.
