摘要 目的 探讨急性白血病 (AL)患者多药耐药基因MDR1的表达和化疗敏感性的关系。方法 应用实时荧光定量RT PCR技术测定 4 5例初治AL患者MDR1水平的表达。结果 耐药组MDR1阳性表达 (5 6 .5 2 % )明显高于敏感组 (1 3.6 4 % ) ,P <0 .0 1 ,两组差异显著 ,有统计学意义。结论 MDR1基因表达是AL临床耐药的因素之一。 Objetive To investigate the relationship between the expression of MDR1 and the clinical resistance in acute leukemias.Methods MDR1 mRNA was detected by RT PCR in 45 AL samples.Results The expressions of MDR1 mRNA was significantly higher in resistance group(56.52%) than in sensitivity group(13.64%)( P <0.01).Conclusion The expression of MDR1 mRNA is the factor of clinical resistance in acute leukemias.
