摘要
提出一种结构简单、测量精度高的频谱分析型激光测速系统。该系统采用双入射光差动型 光路,利用硬件采集多普勒电压值和包络起始时刻送入PC机,通过软件加窗、补零、FFT谱分析及相位差频谱校正处理,实现多普勒频率值的计算、细化,最终得到相关速度结果。非对称突扩管道流速测量的应用证明该系统是可行的。
A simple spectrum-analyzing type laser velocimeter with high-accuracy is proposed. Dual-beam incident differential optical path is used in the system. Doppler voltage value and envelope arriving moment are sampled by hardware and will be sent to personal computer. Through adding window, zero-filling, fast Fourier transform spectrum analysis and phase error spectrum correcting and processing by software, Doppler frequency calculation, refinement and the related velocity results can be obtained in the end. Applications of the system to flowing speed measurement in asymmetric sudden widened pipe is feasible.
