摘要
通过分析循环流化床锅炉磨损问题及防治的手段 ,来实现强化机械的定量设计 ,达到堆焊层的取利避害 ,解决高硬度和抗裂性之间的矛盾 。
The problem of abrasion in CFB boiler are expatiated, the micro-structure, mechanism,condition, and the ration design for strengthening the structure are analyzed, and get a better stack weld layer, sove the contradiction between high-hardness and crackness, develop a Fe-stack weld alloy for magnificent features.
