There are some discussions on how to delect the wall thickness in pressure vessel design,and the wall thickness changements affect the strength.This article has expatiated that the working stress of the material will change with the wall thickness when the design thickness is at critical value of the material thickness.And this article has taken examples when the technologist increases the wall thickness for the minish,the strength of the material will reduce,and the designer must increase the least thickness in order to ensure that the least thickness of press component after molding still satisfies with the stress.
