摘要
为进行燃用柴油/酒精双燃料电子控制喷射发动机的性能试验,确定掺烧乙醇时,发动机在整个转速和负荷范围内,柴油/酒精的混合比例对发动机综合性能的影响,找出最佳的柴油/酒精混合比例随转速、负荷的变化规律,利用虚拟仪器技术,设计了可对柴油/酒精混合比例进行编程控制且在现有发动机上易于改造的柴油/酒精双燃料喷射计算机控制试验系统。
In This paper, an experimental PC-controlled Diesel/Alcohol dual fuel injection system. by utilizing virtual lab, is de-
signed, which is programmed to control the Diesel/Alcohol mixture proportion and easy to be realized on existing engines. With the
system and the test, the effect on the integrated performance varied with the difference of Diesel/Alcohol mixture proportion has
been observed in the whole range of rotating speed and loads during the process of engine's performance test, and the rule of opti-
mal diesel/alcohol mixture proportion with the variation of rotating speed and loads is brough out.
