弓形虫P24基因编码蛋白的分子生物学研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 弓形虫P2 4基因编码的致密颗粒蛋白 (GRA1 )是弓形虫速殖子分泌排泄的抗原之一 ,存在于速殖子与缓殖子的致密颗粒中 ,是弓形虫诊断及制备疫苗的重要分子 ,在人体和动物实验感染中具有较强的免疫原性。本文综述了近年来P2 4 ,即GRA1的分子生物学研究进展及其作为钙离子缓冲剂的功能研究。
