Educational Solitude: a Necessary Educational Idea in the Modern Society——Some Thoughts Based on the Compulsory Education

教育关怀是与创建学习型社会相一致的现代教育理念,在义务教育阶段倡导教育关怀对于促进创建学习型社会和教育均衡发展以及个人的生存和发展都具有极其重要的时代意义。作为倡导教育关怀、维护教育公平最大的责任主体和义务主体,政府应该切实转变观念,借鉴国外教育经验,在教育制度层面采取必要的措施促进义务教育公平,为每个人的生存和发展守住国民公共教育的底线。

Educational solitude is a modern educational idea in accordance with the establishment of a learning society. During the period of the compulsory education educational solicitude can accelerate the establishment of the learning society and promote the survival and the development of the individual. It can also speed the balanced development of education. As the main body of the enforcement of educational solicitude ,the government should transform some ideas and learn the foreign educational experience to promote the fairness of compulsory education by taking necessary measures at the level of educational system, and defend the bottom line of national public education for the individual existence and development.
