摘要
文章通过对关系营销概念的阐述,提出了关系营销在电信企业营销活动中开展的必要,同时就电信企业如何开展好关系营销提出了一些看法。
By expounding the definition of relation marketing,this paper puts forward the necessity of it in the marketing activities of the telecom enterprises,at the same time,gives some suggestions on how to develop it well.
