随着市场规范化程度的不断提高,公司治理将成为决定企业生死存亡的关键性因素。文章根据我国上市公司治理的特点,从股权结构、股东权利、董事会、监事会、经理层、信息披露、治理业绩等方面入手,构建一套较为全面的公司治理评价指标体系。

With the development of market,corporate governance system will be one of the most important factors that influence the performance of firms and its continuing development.Based on the the characteristics of Chinese listed corporate governance in China,which is made of ownership,right of shareholders,transparency of information,director board,supervisory,management,governance environment and governance performance,a fully evaluation index system should be built.
