奥硝唑栓的研制及临床应用

目的 :增加奥硝唑临床应用的剂型 ,满足临床需要。方法 :以半合成脂肪酸甘油酯为基质 ,用熔融法制备 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定其含量 ,并对其进行稳定性和局部刺激性试验及临床疗效观察。结果 :所得制剂工艺简便易行 ,质量可控 ,疗效确切 ,稳定性好 ,无刺激性。结论 :该制剂值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To develope a preparation of ornidazol e for gynecologic treatment of trichomoniasis. METHODS Melting method was used with the excipient of semisynth etic-glyceryl ester of fatty acid. The drug concentration was determined by UV -spectrophotometry.The stability and the stimulation was studied, too.RESULTS The suppository could be prepared simply and feasibly. The quality was controllable. The effect and the stability of suppository was g ood and no stimulation to mucosa. CONCLUSION It is worth expanding the clinical usage of the prep aration.
