摘要
目的 :优选栀子中栀子苷的提取工艺。方法 :比较多种提取工艺 ,如水煎法 ,乙醇回流法 ,渗漉法 ,应用正交设计筛选栀子苷的提取工艺 ,采用高效液相色谱法测定该成分含量 ,作为评价指标。结果 :最佳工艺为渗漉法 ,最佳条件是加 10倍量5 5 %乙醇浸泡 2 4h后渗漉 ,流速为 5mL·min-1。栀子苷含量与提取率均较高。结论 :优选得到的工艺简便易行、稳定性好。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of gardenoside in Gardenia. METHODS Several extraction processes were used,such as decoctin g method, the refluxing method, leakaging method. The optimum extraction was in vestigated by the orthogonal design. Gardenoside was determined by HLPC. RESULTS The optimum extraction conditions were 10 fold of 55% e thanol,marinating 24 h and the velocity of flow was 5 mL·min -1.The conten t of gardenoside and extraction rate were fairly high. CONCLUSION This optimized process is simple,stable and efficien t.
