摘要 目的 :测定复方双嘧达莫缓释胶囊中双嘧达莫微丸的含量 ,并对其提取条件和分离条件进行筛选。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,检测波长为 2 88nm。结果 :平均加样回收率为 99.8% ,RSD为 0 .71%。结论 :可采用此方法测定双嘧达莫微丸的含量。 OBJECTIVE To determine the content of dipyridamo le pills in compound dipyridamole extended-release capsules. METHODS It was determined by HPLC . The detection wavelenth was set at 288n m. RESULTS The average recovery was 99.8% with RSD= 0.71 %.CONCLUSION The method is effective.
