摘要
结合建筑电气施工经验 ,针对目前房地产市场推出的智能小区楼盘 ,从专业的角度 ,介绍了智能小区的基本构成 ,提出了小区智能化的几种实现方式。
Based upon experiences in building electric construction and according to the intelligent residential quarter occurred in present real-estate market the basic composition of intelligent residential quarter is introduced from professional viewpoint;at the same time several realizing ways are proposed.
