结合多年的工作经验 ,对厨卫间渗漏的成因进行了分析 ,从降低卫生间楼板标高、提高堵洞质量等方面 ,提出了预防的有效对策 ,以推进住宅质量的提高 ,减少渗漏现象的发生。

Combined with several years' experiences the reasons caused the leakage in kitchen and toilet are analyzed and from reduces floor slab elevation,improving leaking stoppage quality and other aspects preventive measures are proposed to reduce leakage faults in housing project.
