摘要
对山西省水资源紧缺的形势作了介绍 ,分析了我国中水利用的现状及山西省中水利用存在的问题 ,以加快中水设施管理立法工作、强化中水利用的规划管理 ,提出了加快中水建设的对策及建议。
Based upon introduction of the shortage situations of water resources in Shanxi the issues existed in water utilization are analyzed;at the same time from intensifying planning and management and other aspects corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to speed up the middle water utilization.
