白芍解郁颗粒对小鼠抑郁模型的影响

Effect of beishao jieyu granules in depression model mice

目的 研究白芍解郁颗粒对小鼠抑郁模型的影响。方法 选择小鼠强迫游泳、悬尾应激及利血平所致眼睑下垂小鼠抑郁模型 ,用白芍解郁颗粒对其进行治疗观察。结果 白芍解郁颗粒可以对抗小鼠因强迫悬尾及强迫游泳造成的抑郁症状 ,并可对抗因利血平所致小鼠眼睑下垂和体温下降。

AIM To study the effect of Beishao Jieyu Granules in depression mice.METHODS To select mouse tail suspension test?mouse forced swimming test and reserpine reversal, the depression model was produced by mice;the therapy effect of Beishao Jieyu Granules was observed in depression model mice.RESULTS Beishao Jieyu Granules could reverse all the symptomof tailing suspension and forced swimming,at the same time could reverse the ptosis,akinesia, hypothermia by Reserpine.CONCLUSION Beishao jieyu Granules could obviously improve all the symptom of the depressive model
