摘要
目的 研究栀子苷的抗炎作用。方法 观察栀子苷对小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎及大鼠角叉菜胶致足跖肿胀的影响 ,了解栀子苷的抗炎症的作用。结果 栀子苷对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓及角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖炎症均有不同程度的抑制作用。
AIM To study the anti inflammatory effect of jasminoidin. METHODS Observing the influence of jasminoidin on inflammation of pinnae in mice induced by dimethylbenzene,as well as the formaldehyde induced swelling of soles in rats. RESULTS Jasminoidin can inhibit the inflammation to a certain extent in the two experiments. CONCLUSION Jasminoidin has an anti inflammatory effects.
