米非司酮配伍米索前列醇及利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产的疗效观察

Observing on the results of combiming miferpristone with misoprostol and rivanol used for inducing abortion

目的 探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇及利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产的临床意义。方法 对 80例利凡诺引产的中期妊娠妇女应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇促宫颈成熟 (观察组 ) ,并与同期 80例单纯用利凡诺引产的中期妊娠妇女 (对照组 )进行比较。结果 观察组 80例宫颈Bishop评分均有升高 ,显效率为 86 2 5 % ,总有效率为 1 0 0 % ;流产时间缩短 ;与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论 米非司酮配伍米索及利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产 ,宫颈成熟效果好 ,副反应轻微 ,完全流产率高 ,减少了清宫率 ,减少感染机会 。

AIM To investigate the efficacy of combining mifepristone with misoprostal and rivanol used for inducing abortion. METHODS By using the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol for 80 women who were ended the middle pregnancy(20 to 28weeks) by rivanol to make the cervical ripening (observation group).Compered to 80 women who were ended the middle pregnancy by only using rivanol at the same time (comparison group). RESULT The cervical bishop scores of 80 women in observation group have risen.It has the efficiency of 86 25%,the total efficiency of 100%. It can shorten the time of abortion and has obvious result in differences compared to the comparison group. CONCLUSION By using the combination of mifepristone and misoprostol and rivanol to end the middle pregnancy women, it has good results in cervical ripening.It has a little negative effect and a high rate of complete abortion. It reduces the rate of clearing away the remainder tissues in the uterus and reduces the chances of infection. At the same time this way can shorten the time of induced abortion.
