肿瘤特异性生长因子检测诊断肺癌的应用

Clinical value of serum tumor specific growth factors in assistant diagnosis of lung cancer

目的 探讨血清中肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)肺癌诊断中的辅助价值。方法 测定了 5 6例健康对照组 ,6 3例肺癌患者血清中TSGF ,并进行比较。结果 肺癌患者血清中TSGF的水平较健康对照组升高 (P <0 0 1 ) ,肺癌患者经治疗后含量水平下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,对肺癌患者诊断灵敏度 89 2 9% ,特异度 91 0 7%。结论 TSGF具有敏感度高、特异性好 ,同时其操作简便、快速、无需特殊的仪器设备 。

AIM To study assistant clinical value of serum tumor specific growth factors in diagnosis of lung cancer patients. METHODS The serum TSGF was detected and compared in 56 normal controls, in 63 patients with lung cancer. RESULTS The level of TSGF in patients with lung cancer patients was obviously higher than normal controls (P <0 01). The serum TSGF levels were decrease after treated ( P <0 05). The sensitivity and specificity were 89 29% and 91 07% respectively. CONCLUSION Clinical value of lung cancer patients in assistant diagnosis and indicate progress and prognosis.
