北京市平谷地区志贺菌感染的菌群分析及耐药性调查 被引量:8

摘要 目的 调查平谷地区细菌性痢疾 (以下简称菌痢 )的流行菌株类型和耐药特点 ,为预防和治疗提供可靠依据。方法 采集临床菌痢患者的粪便标本进行细菌分离培养、鉴定和血清分型。在进行药敏实验的同时 ,对全部菌株进行超广谱 β 内酰胺酶表型筛查 ,并对可疑菌株进行确认实验。 结果 在检出的 1 1 2株痢疾志贺菌 (以下简称痢疾杆菌 )中 ,B群 1 0 3株 (福氏痢疾杆菌 )、D群 9株 (宋内痢疾杆菌 )。发现 1株产超广谱 β 内酰胺酶菌株(ESBLs) ,血清型为福氏 2a。结论 平谷地区菌痢流行株B群占 92 % ,D群占 8%。各型菌株分散于所涉及的乡镇 ,无明显的地域分布倾向。除 1株产ESBLs菌株外 ,所有菌株均对三代头孢菌素和氨曲南敏感 ,对产ESBLs痢疾杆菌感染的儿科患者 ,可用舒普深 (头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦 ) Objective To investigate the epidemic serotypes of Shigella and their antibioticresistant characteristics in Pinggu District and provide reliable basis for prevention and treatment.Methods The stool samples of the patients with bacillary dysentery were collected and the bacteria isolation,culture,and systemic serotype identification were made.At the same time,antibiotic sensitivity test were performed.All strains were screened with extended spectrum β Lactamase ( ESBLs ) producing.The confirming test were made for the suspicious strains.Results Of the 112 strains of Shigella detected,103 were group B (Shigella flexneri) and 9 group D (Shigella sonnei).One strain was ESBLs producing and its serotype was S. flexneri 2a.Conclusions 92% of epidemic strains of Shigella are group B and 8% are group D.No trend of regional distribution is found.Most strains are sensitive to the third generation cephalosporins and aztreonam.Sulperazon (cefoperazone/sulbactam) can be used in treating children infected with shigella producing ESBLs.
