摘要
为满足施工需要,根据现场实际情况对两种施工方案进行比较分析,选择了小半径转弯运梁方案。通过受力计算,对原有运梁平车的结构改进设计。在施工过程中完成了大吨位大跨度T梁在160m半径转弯轨道上的安全运输。结果表明对运梁平车结构的合理改进是满足狭小施工场地运梁需要的有效方法。
In order to meet the requirement of construction-this paper compares two construction schemes-selects the scheme of beam transportation truck with small turning radius.This paper improves the structure of the truck. A giant T-shaped beam was transported safely in a track with ridius of 160 m.The results reveal that the improvment measure is feasible.
