摘要
从桑树黄化型萎缩病组织中,提纯病原类菌原体(MLO),制备成功桑MLO单克隆抗体。
Purification of mycoplasma-like oganism and preparation of its monocolonal antibody from mulberry tissue infected with yellow dwarf diease have been introduced in this paper.
