摘要
于化蛹前将老熟蚕儿咽下神经节摘除,在蛹体发育过程中,卵巢中甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸等脂质的相对含量减少,而脂肪体、血液中的脂质积累量增加。表明咽下神经节对蛹期脂质在脂肪体、血液及卵巢等组织器官间的转运和积蓄,具有一定的调节作用。
The concentrations of lipid such as triacylglycerol and free fatty acids in the ovaries of silkworm pupae which suboesophagealganglion had been removed at matured larval stage were relatively decreased as compared with those of normal larvae. Their contents in fat bodies and blood ,however, were increased. These results indicated that the accumulation and transcolation of lipids in fat bodies,blood and ovaries were,to a certain ex-tent,regulated by suboesophagealganglion.
