青年人晶状体囊膜及上皮细胞的电镜研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 测量成人晶状体前、后、赤道部囊膜和上皮细胞层厚度 ,以补充晶状体解剖学理论。方法 用透射电镜测量 2 5人 44眼 ( 2 6 0 0岁± 6 49岁 )晶状体前、后、赤道部囊膜及上皮细胞层厚度 (ACT、PCT、ECT、AET、EET) ,晶状体上皮细胞直径 (AED、EED)。结果 平均ACT、PCT、ECT分别为 14 47、5 3 4、14 5 4μm。平均AET、EET分别为 6 81、9 13μm。平均AED、EED分别为 15 0 5、13 77μm。 结论 晶状体前、后囊膜均随年龄增加而增厚 ;晶状体赤道部囊膜下上皮细胞体积比前囊膜下上皮细胞大 ,这可能与其生理功能有密切关系。 Objective To measure the thickness of the anterior(ACT),posterior(PCT),equator lens capsule(ECT) and epithelium for further extending the study of lens anatomy. Methods Thickness of ACT,PCT,ECT,epithelium and lens epithelium diameter were measured in 44 eyes of 25 cadavers (average age: 26.00±6.49 years) under the transmission electron microscope. Results The mean thickness of ACT,PCT,ECT was 13.47 μm,5.34 μm and 14.54 μm,and the mean thickness of anterior and equator lens epithelium was 6.81 μm and 9.13 μm,respectively.The mean diameter of anterior and equator epithelium was 15.05 μm and 13.77 μm,respectively. Conclusion The thickness of the ACT and PCT tend to increased with increased age. The volume of equator epithelium is bigger than that of the anterior epithelium,and this may bear a close relation to physiological function of lens.
