摘要
几丁聚糖 (chitosan)是由几丁质经脱乙酰化反应而来。几丁质是一种自然界中产量仅次于纤维素的天然多糖 ,在自然界分布很广。由于几丁质 /几丁聚糖具有许多优异特性 ,对其开发应用研究的报道很多。就几丁聚糖的生物学特性及其在眼科领域的应用做一综述。
Chitosan,which is gotten from chitin by deacetylization,distributes broadly in nature as the largely-produced natural polysaccharide besides cellulose.Reports on its application are more and more because of its special characteristics.Chitosan’s biological activities and its applications in ophthalmology field are discussed.
